Here is a short version of his success timelines since 22 years old.
One year after High School, Puleo joins the Marine Corps (USMC). During his tour in Vietnam – he’s awarded 3 Purple Hearts. After a prolonged stay at a Naval Hospital due to severe combat related injuries, Puleo is retired from USMC.
1972
Starts his own security business from his home in W. Peabody, Mass.
1974
Owns the largest regional fire alarm business in the United States, with 35 sales people and 200 wholesale dealers in New England.
Began wireless residential security business in New England. (Dynamark)
1983
Sold and opened 143 dealerships. Puleo joins with Boston’s WNEV-TV, the CBS affiliate, and helps to organize a $10 million PR campaign called “Priority One,” a community-wide alliance to prevent crime. This results in free advertising on the CBS network for 18 months and he is an invited guest for several TV specials on crime awareness. The entire “Priority One” project no only wins an Emmy Award from the Academy of Arts and Sciences for the “Best Public Awareness Campaign in America,” but results in more than 11,000 qualified leads for his dealers.
1984
Introduces the franchise concept. A large number of his dealers convert to franchising.
1985
With two years of extraordinary success in the selling and development of franchises behind him, Puleo is asked to move to Maryland and become Vice President: Franchise Sales. Venture Magazine then ranks Dynamark as the “fastest growing” franchisor because of its record 525% increase in business.
1987
While Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, DSC is recognized as one of the “Best Franchises to Buy” by Bantam Books.
1988
Became a member of the Board of Directors for NCMEC in Washington, D.C. Puleo works with John Walsh, host of Fox Television’s “America’s Most Wanted” to launch a nationwide Dynamark public safety program to help raise both funds and awareness for NCMEC.
Requested by University of Maryland to be outside content evaluator and helps shape and design their first franchise course in their university’s history.
1989
Became Chief Operating Officer. Dynamark enjoys a 176% increase in profits. Gross sales are now $25 million. Dynamark now has 134 franchises.
1990
Developed successful PR program for franchisees, when he befriends Randy Will of New York who drives an Italian designed Dynamark bobsled in the 1990 Olympic tryouts and wins a spot on the 1992 Olympic Team.

Became featured speaker at several conventions and universities on topics of entrepreneurship, extraordinary customer service, and “creative” marketing.
1991
Divests all interests in Dynamark, and moves back to New England to pursue both real estate and independent franchise and sales consulting.
1992
Owns, formulates, and executes the successful real estate strategies to capture first place market share for all transactions on Cape Ann, Mass.
Acquires consulting contracts with 7 large corporations in USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia.
1997
As founding member, Puleo launches New England based company, Ideal Health; a cutting edge nutritional company with exclusive rights to breakthrough products & technology.
2002
Volunteers for Man in the Mirror (Men's Ministry) Spearheads Chairman’s Advisory Council. Speaks across the country at men’s events, prayer breakfasts, retreats & military bases.
2009 (Nov)
Ideal Health catches the eye of billionaire/entrepreneur Donald Trump. He brands the company "The Trump Network". Puleo is now the founder of Trump's newest venture.
